Job Responsibilities

1. Design and develop packaging solutions for new products, identify and resolve design issues during packaging trials, and continuously optimize packaging structures.

2. Improve and optimize packaging solutions for existing products to enhance packaging performance and efficiency.

3. Prepare and release packaging drawings, product packaging diagrams, and packaging BOMs.

4. Conduct ISTA 3A drop tests for products according to project requirements, and analyze and address any issues identified during testing.

5. Provide packaging guidance and technical support to the packaging workshop, ensuring packaging operations are carried out according to design requirements.

6. Prepare neutral product instruction manuals and related packaging documentation.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of experience in packaging structure design or a related field.

2. Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D design software, as well as Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software.

3. Familiar with packaging testing standards and procedures, including ISTA 3A and ISTA 6A.

4. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, production, and other relevant teams.
