Job Responsibilities

1. Inspect finished products promptly according to inspection requests and applicable quality standards, and make accurate inspection judgments.

2. Record non-conformities truthfully for products identified as defective, apply appropriate non-conformance labels, and complete quality abnormality reports for further review.

3. Maintain 6S standards and ensure proper housekeeping and organization within the assigned work area.

4. Complete other temporary tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in finished product inspection or quality control is preferred.

2. Able to read and understand technical drawings and proficiently use common measuring instruments, such as vernier calipers and micrometers.

3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software.

4. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow quality inspection standards and procedures accurately.
