Responsibilities

1. Departmental Leadership: Take full responsibility for the management of the Quality Department, supervising staff to fulfill all departmental tasks, including establishing and optimizing quality workflows and regulations.

2. QMS Management: Lead the establishment, revision, continuous improvement, and strict execution of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

3. Design Quality Assurance: Participate in design reviews, design verifications, and design validations for new products. Organize the team to formulate product testing standards and drive early-stage design quality improvements.

4. Standards & Reliability: Formulate and review corporate product technical standards and reliability metrics, and supervise the validation of corresponding test methods.

5. Quality Planning: Organize teams to draft Quality Control Plans (QP), convert standards, and execute quality agreements for new products/new clients.

6. CAPA & After-Sales: Cooperate with the sales/marketing team to collect pre-sales and after-sales quality feedback; lead the logging, tracking, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality anomalies.

7. Operational Inspection: Oversee the implementation of IQC (Incoming), IPQC (In-process), FQC/OQC (Outgoing), customer complaint handling, and client factory audits/inspections.

8. Executive Support: Complete other tasks assigned by executive leadership.

   
   

Requirements

1. Education & Experience: Associate degree or above, with 5+ years of dedicated experience in the height adjustable/standing desk industry.

2. Process Knowledge: Proficient in processing techniques such as sheet metal, powder coating, motors, and electronic controls; expert in operating the ISO9001 quality management system.

3. Quality Tools: Master the practical application of the 7 QC Tools and 8D Problem Solving Methodology.

4. Leadership: Outstanding leadership and team management skills, capable of effectively mentoring and motivating team members.

5. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis skills, capable of quickly identifying root causes and prescribing corrective measures.
