Job Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of hardware-related quality issues occurring on the production line, ensuring timely follow-up, effective resolution, and complete problem closure.

2. Collect, track, and analyze electronic circuit issues during the production process of home appliance products, accurately identifying failure modes and root causes.

3. Apply fundamental electronic hardware knowledge to conduct in-depth circuit-level analysis of defective products, covering component failures, PCB layout defects, soldering process issues, and other electronic hardware abnormalities.

4. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of quality issues, drive suppliers to implement effective corrective actions, and follow up on verification until the issues are fully resolved and closed.

5. Continuously monitor key production quality indicators, including defect rate and first-pass yield (FPY). Identify batch-related or trend-based abnormalities, provide early warnings, and lead cross-functional teams in addressing critical quality issues to continuously reduce defect rates.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of experience in quality analysis or process quality management for electronic products.

2. Solid knowledge of electronic hardware and circuit analysis, with the ability to perform circuit-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

3. Proficient in using electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.

4. Familiar with schematic design and analysis tools such as Altium Designer.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to driving issues through to closure.

6. Good analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
