Establish and evaluate incoming inspection standards and specifications for IQC materials.
Provide guidance on daily IQC inspection methods, arrange inspection activities, supervise work discipline, and evaluate the professional capabilities and performance of IQC inspectors.
Handle and follow up on material quality issues occurring on the production line, and drive corrective and preventive improvements.
Conduct on-site quality assessments and trial evaluations of new suppliers.
Review and approve new supplier samples and manage sample changes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Handle supplier quality issues, drive corrective actions, and follow up on improvement effectiveness until closure.
Manage and provide training for incoming quality inspection personnel to improve inspection capabilities and quality awareness.
Complete other temporary tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.
3–5 years of relevant experience in incoming quality, supplier quality, or a related position.
Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and judgment skills.
Basic proficiency in English and strong proficiency in common office software.
Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze quality issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to drive quality issues through to closure.
