You may need to reset the desk during the initial setup, after moving the desk, or if the system encounters an error.

To reset the system:

1. Press and hold both the Up and Down buttons simultaneously. The desk will move to its lowest position and then make a slight upward movement ("bounce"). The LED display will show "000", and the control box will emit a beep. Continue holding both buttons until the bounce and beep are complete.

2. Press the Up button to raise the desk to your desired height.
